What do I get when I buy a file?

A zip that you download straight after checkout. A workbook zip holds the empty workbook, a sample workbook, a quick-start PDF and License.txt. A printable guide zip holds the guide in Letter and A4 sizes, a quick-start PDF, a sample PDF and License.txt.

Which programs do the workbooks work in?

The workbooks are made for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. We have not tested them in Apple Numbers. A product page marks a program as tested only after we have recorded that check.

Which currency do the workbooks use?

Amounts show without a currency sign, so you can type them in yours. Prices in the store are in US dollars.

Is tax included in the price?

Prices in USD. VAT/GST added at checkout.

Do the files give financial, tax, legal or medical advice?

No. They are planning tools and wording guides. Check the rules that apply to you before you rely on any figure or sentence in them.

What if a file does not work?

30-day guarantee: it works as described, or we fix it or refund. Write to support@papergridco.com with the name of the file and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

I cannot find my download link.

Use the download link in your order email. If you cannot find it, write to support@papergridco.com.

Can I share or resell a file?

No. Each file is licensed to one buyer, and License.txt in the download gives the details. The Savings Challenge 2027 is free to use and to share as it is.

Who handles payment?

Checkout and payments are handled by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record.
